On June 3, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., Dr. Roseann Runte, president of the Old Dominion University, and two other professors visited the Commissioner's office. They introduced their university and expressed the intention of establising R&D center in the BJFEZ. Meanwhile, the BJFEZA explained the guidlines of development projects of the BJFEZ.
