• Aug 2007 : Revision of development plan approved
• Sep 2010 : Applied for revision of development plan and approval of scheme of execution (Donga Haksuk School Educational Foundation → Gyeongsangnam-do province)
• Dec 2010 : Applied for revision of development plan and approval of scheme of execution (Gyeongsangnam-do province → Ministry of Knowledge and Economy)
• Mar 2011 : Donga Haksuk School Educational Foundation applied for cancellation of revised development plan and approval of the scheme of execution, which was approved by Ministry of Knowledge and Economy
• Apr ~ Aug2012 : Consultation on readjustment of project plan (as to facilities to be introduced) (Ministry of Knowledge and Economy)
• Dec 2012 : Revised development plan approved
• Sep 2013 : Revised development plan approved
• Oct 2013 : Scheme of execution reported (Donga Haksuk School Educational Foundation → Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone)
• Dec 2014 : Scheme of execution of approval
• Apr 2015 : Spearhead the plan submission
• Oct 12, 2015 : Contract for the purchase of a residual land (Korean Appraisal Board)
• May 31, 2016 : Permission for earth and stone collection changes (change of a disposal area)

Future plan
