On Dec. 2, at Church House in London, Commissioner Chang Soo-Man and Gyeongsangnam-do Governor Kim Tae-ho signed an MOU with Mr. David Sterland of SnowBox regarding development plans to construct a US $200 million sports complex within the BJFEZ. According to the MOU, the BJFEZ Authority promises administrative and financial support to SnowBox including necessary approvals and permissions granted by authorities.
