On December 28 at 5 p.m., Commissioner Chang Soo-Man was interviewed by Ms. Monica Jung Y.B., President of The Korea IT Times. During the interview, the Commissioner explained the BJFEZ Authority's recent achievements and the progress being made. He specifically mentioned Renault Group's US $500 million investment into the area as well asthe recent MOU signed with SnowBox of the UK, a sports and leisure developing firm.

He also detailed the current development status of projects within the BJFEZ and talked about plans for 2005. In particular, Commissioner Chang summarized the solid progress being made with the development of the New Port, its hinterland, and the Busan Science and Industrial Park.
