On January 19 at 10:30 a.m., Commissioner Chang was briefed on the consulting services to beprovided by a consortium comrprised of the Korea Development Bank, Samjong KPMG FAS, Inc., Seoul National University and Han-A Urban Research Center. The consulting team will complete its work regarding the BJFEZ's new, international city by June 4, 2005.
