IR trip to western USA (from November 3 to November 10)to attract educational and medical institutions in Ungdong area led to LOI of $20million from an Amerian school.

During the trip, Commissioner Ha also met the mayor Kang of Irvine city who promised full support to commissione in attracting companies in Irvine city.
