From November 21 to December 1, commissioner Ha made business trip to Shanghai, Singapore, UAE, Abudhabi and Dubai and held meetings with high ranking officials there and exchanged views and ideas of mutual concernregarding the development and advancementdirection ofspecialeconomic zones with them.
