BJFEZ (Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority), led by Commissioner Seong Ho Park, announced that it has finalized the administrative procedures for the commencement of construction of the Royal Russell School, a core foreign educational institution in Myeongji International City. This follows the approval of the implementation plan (Feb 11, 2026) and the completion of the building permit (Feb 13, 2026).
The Royal Russell School project is a centerpiece of the initiative to build a global educational city. After years of feasibility studies and central investment reviews, the project is now moving forward to the construction phase.
