BJFEZ Launches 2026 ESG Management Support Program for Resident Companies

 

· Tailored ESG consulting to help SMEs meet global sustainability standards.

· Proactive response to EU CSRD and global supply chain due diligence requirements.

 

The Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority(Commissioner Seong Ho Park) announced the launch of the "2026 ESG Management Support Project" to strengthen the competitiveness of its resident companies.

 

The program focuses on helping SMEs and middle-market enterprises adapt to the tightening global ESG regulations, such as the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Selected companies will receive expert diagnostic visits and 1:1 tailored consulting from May to October.

 

Commissioner Seong Ho Park emphasized, “ESG is no longer optional; it is a core survival strategy for global trade. We will actively support our companies to ensure they possess the practical competitiveness required by the global market.”
