On July 15, 2004, Mr. Seo Suk-hong, a professor at Pukyong National University in Busan, gave a lecture to Mr. Chang Soo-man and members of his staff, who are slated to go on a business trip to China, to investigate Chinese foreign investment strategy, policy and system, among other things.
