• Jan 2013 : Feasibility through (B/C 1.14)
• May 2013 : Working design commenced (Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries)
• Jul 2014 : Revised development plan approved (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, no. 2014-117)
• Oct 2014 : Revised development plan approved, construction plan approved
• Nov 2014 : Revised development plan approved (Busan Metropolitan City, no. 2014-443)
• Mar 2015 : Scheme of execution approved

• Dec 2015 : Construction to commence
