A Consultation meeting was held in the commissioner’s office on May 25, 2004. Mr. Chang, the Commissioner of the BJFEZ Authroity, invited Mr. Oh Woo Young, Director General of Lotte Engineering & Construction, to initiate development of the BJFEZ and find ways of encouraging foreign direct investment.
