On May 28 2010 commissioner Ha participated the 4th FEZ commissioners' meeting which was held  at YES FEZA in Dangjin . At the meeting the 6 FEZ commissioners resolved that they will do their best to efficiently compete with world renowned special economic zones of foreign countries. At the same time they all agreed and shared the same opinion that in order to help enable local FEZs the central government should drastically increase its financial support and improve regulatory environment .
