On June 18 2010 Commissioner Ha along with Choi Kyung-hwan, minister of the Ministry of Knowledge, Economy attended an MOU signing ceremony in Tokyo. The MOU is for the construction of auto parts manufacturing plant of Tsubakimoto Chain Co of Japan in Nammoon district within BJFEZ.
