During December 7-8, Commissioner Chang and members of the BJFEZ Authorityparticipated in the International Business Center (IBC) Forum titled "Upgrading Logistics Services in the Busan-Jinhae FEZ" which was organized by IBC and sponsored by Busan Metropolitan City, the BJFEZ Authority, and the Busan Port Authority. The 2-day event took place at the BEXCO Convention Center in Busan.

During the forum, Commissioner Changpresented his vision for the BJFEZ and detailed the FDI progress that has been made so far this year. He also outlined the BJFEZ Authority's goals for the year 2005. The event was attended by approximately 100 domestic and foreign business men/womenand included distinguished guests such asformer Korean Prime Minister Nam Duk-woo, Minister of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries Chang Seung-woo,Mayor of Busan Metropolitan
