On December 30 at 3 p.m., Commissioner Chang Soo-Man appeared on PSB's broadcasted New Year's Special talk show. Also appearing on the program were Busan Metropolitan City Mayor Hur Nam-sik, and Busan Port Authority President Mr. Choo June-suk. Each man discussed ways to rehabilitate the regional economy and suggested a roap map plan for further development of Busan Metropolitan City.
