On September 24 at 10 a.m,. Commissioner Chang Soo-man visited a Jinhae orphanage to present gifts and good wishes on behalf of the Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority in celebration of the Chusok (Korean Thanksgiving) Holiday.
