On Oct. 2 at 11 a.m., Commissioner Chang was interviewed by Mr. Lee Bong-jae, general director of the International Herald Tribune.

 

During the interview, Commissioner Chang explained the goals of the BJFEZA and talked about future foreign investment plans for the Free Economic Zone.
