On Oct. 14 at 10:30 a.m., Commissioner Chang Soo-man attended the first meeting for the BJFEZ Special Committee where the Commissioner explained the current status, goals and strategies of the BJFEZ.

 

The Committee also talked about development plans to attract foreign investment within the BJFEZ as well as supporting area for the North Container Terminal located in the New Port.

 

Attendees included such as Mr. Moon Chung-in, the Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Northeast Asian Cooperation Initiative, Mr. Jung Tae-in, Director General of Planning and Control Development  and Mr. Hong Suk Woo, Director General of the Foreign Investment Committee . Other special officers of the Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority were also in attendance.
