On Oct. 19 at 10:30 a.m., Commissioner Chang hosted a related officer accompanied by Dr. L. Wiley Nifong, a professor and physician at East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine. During the meeting, they discussed the mutual  cooperations of establishing a branch campus of ECU within the BJFEZ as well as a foreign hospital.
