On March 24, Commissioner Chang visited the United Arab Emirate's embassy in Seoul where he met with the Charge D'Affairs Mr. Ibrahim Almansouri. During the visit, the Commissioner talked about his recent business trip to Dubai. The two also discussed ways to further develop coopreation between the BJFEZ and the UAE.
