On April 9 at 10:40 at the Small and Medium Business Building in Jinhae City, Commissioner Chang gave a lecture to attending business people regarding the development of the BJFEZ and the BJFEZ Authority's FDI investment promotion plan for 2005. During his lecture, he also introduced the success story of Dubai and its Free Zone projects, detailing how Korea can learn many lessons from the UAE.  Also, in order to enhance the competitveness of the BJFEZ's New Port and to revitalize the local economy, the Commissioner requested the support of all those present.
