  • Oct 2003 : Notice of Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone
  • Dec. 2012: Announced and enforced the Act on Special Economy (Article 13.2, Replotting Development)
  • Sep 2013 : Construction company Cancellation of designation and replaced (Korea Land & Housing Corporation → Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone)
  • Jun 2015 : Implementation plan and announcement of approval
  • Dec 2015 : Submitted construction commencement plan
  • Mar - Jun, 2016: Negotiated compensation
  • May 2016: Approved and announced changes of development and implementation plans
  • Jun 2016: Requested reorganization of the Central Land Acceptance Committee
  • Jun - Jul, 2016: Replotting drawing by group
  • Aug 2016: Drafted and reviewed replotting plans (designated planned site)
 

Future plan

  • Sept 2016 : Designation of a substitute lot
